Reminiscence

We had it good baby.
It was like stars shining so bright.

That Valentine's night, you casually flirt and i fall for it.
That 21st April night, you're partying
and your friends tease you cause you're on the phone with me.

It's pretty late but I come to the party

We have our little fights, you say kind words
and you seem to care and I fall for it.

Then comes that 28th April night,

And as I kept falling, you kept taking steps back
I crashed and burned and boy did it hurt.
But you weren't there.
Now it's eight months and you still don't care.
